NFTs are a huge phenomenon all over the internet. For a New Zealand start-up that wanted to get in on the action, the key was to quickly develop an impressive digital presence that could showcase their work as desirable and unique. We collaborated with the Nanopass team to UX, design and build a fitting platform for their ambitious concept.

Upon purchasing a Nanopass you become the owner of a unique piece of art that doubles as a pass and virtual plot of land in the ‘Nanoverse’, this then gives owners access to other crypto projects to invest in.

In a white-hot competitive new marketplace, the Nanopass launch successfully minted and sold all of its artworks in record time. Today the Nanopass community is still vibrant and developments of successive phases for the programme are underway.

Rich Visual World

Building out from the style of artwork on offer, we built a livery and interface that reflected the animated-futuristic aesthetic.

Interaction Cues

The general genre also informed the movement and interactivity, with shakes and slides that suggested a slightly clunky futurism.
