A series of animated ads teases the trends behind the phenomenal rise of Connected TV.
In recent years, Connected TV has enjoyed a stellar rise in prominence. YouTube alone estimates over 700 million hours of its content is now viewed this way, every day. To explore the trends behind this growth, Google created a short documentary which it asked PHQ to promote.
Taking individual insights from the documentary, we created a modular campaign, that led our audience to YouTube for the full content. Using stock photography, video and type, our animation echoed the style of the documentary but refined it for soundless and shorter format placements.
In total 26 campaign assets were created, including 30” and 15” YouTube spots, Linkedin videos, Google Display ads and email assets.
