Black Friday Sales

To drive sales and revenue during Black Friday, PHQ executed a region-wide retail campaign across key APAC markets.

Black Friday has become an important sale period for a wide range of retailers. For Google Store it is a time to offer the biggest discounts and deals of the year. For Black Friday 2023, we helped Google promote a huge range of products through deals and feature selling points under a unified Black Friday Sale livery.

Across site, social and multiple direct-response channels, we brought to life individual product selling-points and various deals for the three regions participating in the sale period. Featuring some of their latest models as well as product with purchase offers the campaign needed to flex for a wide range of messaging.

In addition, cultural nuances between the regions meant the campaign had to work with ‘Black Friday’ messaging in Japan, Australia and Singapore, while in Taiwan, 11.11 - or ‘singles day’ communication was more appropriate.
